5225 Vessey Road - Phase 3

Phase 3 is where the action begins.  Several approvals need to occur at this stage which include the final contract and approvals from the Regional Building Department.  Once these have occurred, the lot preparation begins.

Here we can see how the Vessey lot looked in its natural state and how it looked after tree removal.  Preparing the lot is an important stage and is the beginning of being able to see how the home will start to take shape.  Now we are ready for Phase 4 where the excavation begins.
