"Mike was personally involved, and added value, during the planning and approval process.  He was instrumental in getting our final site plan approved by Regional Building.  He negotiated with all subcontractors and vendors, while representing our requirements with them to ensure the end result met our specifications.  He worked diligently to minimize the impact of last winter's weather in Colorado Springs.  At this stage of the project, he has met our expectations across the board: quality of construction, management of all subs and vendors, scheduling, and verifying that payment requests reflect work completed.  He communicates openly and directly, honors his commitments, respects other points of view ans responds to problems by proposing viable alternatives, with a mindful eye on overall costs.  He is attentive to our needs, responds promptly to questions, and implements decisions as agreed.  We would certainly use Mike again should we build another home in Colorado Springs."
